Welcome to the Second music update of 2023
The Past
Over the last four weeks we enjoyed the release of the 1.8 Ante Bellum theme, Princes of Persia! This Persian-inspired track was based on the trailer music for the 1.8 update announcement trailer, and was a lot of fun to put together and create!
Aside from this things are pretty quiet as far as things go for you. I have been aptly working away on some projects that aren't ready to be shared yet. As part of this I created 3 new songs this month, with some inspiration from Themes of the Old World. One of these songs will have you deftly marching into battle, another will have you reflecting on your glorious past, whilst the third might be more akin to you bathing in the sun during your retirement. I'm looking forward to sharing these with you when I can!
The Future
Work on these projects will continue through the first half of the year, so it is unlikely I'll be able to share many details. Nevertheless there are some things in the release backlog and I'm looking at getting something released later in March to keep things going. Otherwise, there isn't much to expect for the next month, so feel free to kick back and enjoy the music already echoing around the halls of Utopia.
On a side note I am looking at making a few slight tweaks to branding, so you may notice some small changes to images/text on Youtube/Spotify/elsewhere
