Welcome to the Sixth music update of 2023
Happy half-year update!
Utopia is off to a fantastic start to this year with the piñata load of new music tracks and a rocket ship that's now ready to take off. We've seen quite a few new theme songs release in the last few months - especially, finally, the Extended Timeline main theme! You'll be please to know that there are two more songs coming in the next week, and after that we are on the home stretch to the first major release of the year!
In Q3 & Q4 of 2023 I am expecting to release two major albums of music. Both are themed projects with some relation to EU4. It's been almost a year since Serenades released, so I am looking forward to adding more music to the game!
It's going to be a very busy second half of the year for me, but I am very excited to see where it leads. I've spent a lot of time preparing for what's to come, so make sure you hop aboard rocket ship and join us! There will be more news and an announcement for the next album coming very soon.
Finally, Utopia Day is coming up on August 1! This humble home of happy music will celebrate its third birthday and I am putting together something extra special to mark the occasion. In 2021 we had a month of live piano music; in 2022 we had an album of piano music; but in 2023 I want to return to my roots and so I have something grander in mind than more piano music. Be sure to keep an eye for any news, celebrations or other sneaky things on August 1!
